How do I know if I need a full replacement or just a repair?

Age and extent of damage are the two biggest factors. If your roof is over 20 years old or the damage covers a large area, a replacement is usually the more cost-effective call long-term. We’ll give you an honest read when we come out. If a roof repair is the right answer, we’ll tell you that.

Not necessarily. Most homeowners head to work and come home to a finished roof. We just ask that someone be reachable by phone in case we need to flag anything during the job.

We’ll contact you before we do anything. You’ll know what we found, what it’ll take to fix it, and what it adds to the cost. Nothing happens without your go-ahead.

Clear your driveway so we have room to work and park the bin. Move vehicles out of the garage if possible as vibration from the tear-off travels. Take fragile items off shelves and walls inside, and let your neighbours know we’re coming.

Most standard residential replacements are done in a day. Larger homes or more complex rooflines may take two. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
